Associate EditCNC with g-code Files on Windows 8

Right-click on a file you use on your CNC machine, for example: ‘7600-D-Drive-Flywheel(NF).cnc’.

Click "Open with…"

Click "More options"

Brings up a list, if EditCNC doesn’t show up, click "Look for another app on this PC"

Navigate to the folder that holds your EditCNC program, for example: "C:\Program Files\CNC Consulting (x86)\EditCNC"
click "EditCNC.exe"
EditCNC opens with the file.

NC files now have the EditCNC logo, and will open EditCNC when double-clicked.
